How do I order and pay?
Checkout is completed with PayPal or Stripe.

Do I need a Paypal account to purchase via Paypal?
No, you dont. You can choose to pay via credit card in Paypal, creating an account is optional.

Do you ship outside the US?
Yes. However, we do not cover a country's VAT or customs and do not hold responsibility after a package has been shipped.

What is your shipping rate?
Standard shipping is done with USPS. Shipping fees are included in every order.

Do you have a shipping schedule?
Yes, I ship on MONDAYS and TUESDAYS. Monday shipment will only include payments that made it BEFORE the cut off time of the previous week.
Cut off is FRIDAY at 2:11 PM. All payments made after cut off (Saturday/Sunday), will be processed as part of the following week.

How long does shipping take?
It depends on your receiving address. Tracking numbers are sent with each order.

Do you meet up?
Feel free to meet with us at any show to pick up orders. If you are a Houston native we can arrange a personal pickup or delivery.

Do you accept Refunds or Exchanges?
No returns.
Please be sure about the size of the product and your shipping address before placing an order.

Do you accept commissions?
No, unless noted otherwise.

Why am I not receiving your newsletter?
